Artwork Guidelines
Two Ways to Submit Artwork
When ordering banners on our site there are two ways to provide artwork.
Upload Your Own Print Ready File
If you select the Upload Your Artwork option, the file must already be prepared for print.
File Requirements
- Built to the exact final print size
- 150 dpi minimum at final size
- CMYK color mode preferred
- Fonts outlined or embedded
Example: If you order a 3' × 5' banner, your file should be built at 36" × 60".
RGB files are accepted, however colors will shift slightly when converted for printing. If color accuracy is important, we recommend building artwork in CMYK.
We print the file exactly as provided. Files that are low resolution, stretched, or incorrectly sized may print that way.
Upload Photos and Information
Some banner products allow you to upload photos and player information instead of finished artwork.
When uploading photos, always provide the highest resolution image available.
For Best Results
- Upload the original photo from the phone or camera
- Avoid screenshots
- Avoid photos downloaded from social media
Higher resolution photos will produce sharper banners.
Accepted File Types
We recommend these file types when uploading artwork:
- PNG
- JPG
- AI
- EPS
Vector artwork (AI or EPS) will always produce the sharpest results.
Common Problems That Cause Blurry Banners
Most print issues come from low resolution artwork.
Please avoid uploading:
- Screenshots
- Photos of artwork taken with a phone
- Small web graphics that are stretched larger
- Images downloaded from social media
- Artwork under 150 dpi at final size
If a file is blurry or pixelated, the banner will print that way.
