We primarily work with schools, leagues, and team parents to provide sports banners and team banners, and we serve entire leagues with sponsor banners, offering volume discounts for league-wide needs.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

Your use of GameDayBanners.com is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which we may update without prior notice. Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. Legal notices may be sent electronically by posting on our website or through our contact form. To withdraw consent for electronic communications, use our contact form, but this may require discontinuing your account.

2. Ordering Process

To order a custom banner:

• • Select a template or upload a print-ready design via our “Ready to Print” section, including details like team names, colors, logos, player names/numbers, or other customizations.
  • Add to cart and pay in full to begin processing.
  • A digital proof will be emailed within 2 business days for approval, with up to two free revisions included.
  • Once you approve the proof in writing via email confirmation, the banner is printed and shipped the next business day. The cutoff time is 4PM CST.

No verbal approvals are accepted. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after proof approval.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Our banners are built to last, shipped with free standard delivery expected within 5 business days after printing. However:

• • Once an order is picked up by the carrier, we are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier breakdowns, scanning issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.

Please verify your address before checkout. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

4. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

As our banners are custom-made, sales are final once printed and shipped. However:

• If we make an error (e.g., printing mistake), we’ll reprint and ship a corrected banner at no cost. This may include things different from the proof, however, please see point 6 regarding color matching.
• If the error is due to customer-provided details (e.g., wrong logo, misspelling), a reprint may be offered at a discounted rate.
• Report issues within 5 business days of delivery by submitting our contact form. We will be in touch via email and you may send digital photos of the problem.
• If an item is defective, we will replace it at no cost. You must report the issue using our contact form within 5 business days of delivery, and a ticket will be created to resolve the issue. Photos of the defect must be provided.
• Our banners are rated for outdoor use but not for high winds, which may cause tears. We recommend taking banners down during high winds. Tears due to wind damage will not be replaced unless optional webbing, reinforced corners, and all grommets are used at installation.
• Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a carrier error (e.g., damaged delivery).

5. Artwork & Copyright

By uploading logos, images, or designs, you confirm you have legal rights to use them and that they do not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy). You agree to indemnify and hold GameDayBanners.com harmless from claims or losses related to improper use of submitted materials. We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, or violates any rights.

GameDayBanners.com has the right to use its templates, designs, and website content. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content except to create your banners.

6. Color Accuracy & Proofs

Digital proofs or customer-supplied artwork may not match the final banner exactly due to printing differences. Each monitor uniquely displays colors differently, and there will be some variation. We do not color match or guarantee colors.

7. Pricing & Service Modifications

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without liability, but we’ll honor confirmed orders placed before changes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

GameDayBanners.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, delivery delays, or errors in customer-provided information. Our liability is limited to the order’s cost.

9. Right of Refusal

We may refuse service or production of any order at our discretion, including for artwork or requests violating these terms.
