Ordering & Customization
1. How do I order a Game Day Banner?
To order your customized Game Day Banner, choose a template or upload a print-ready design in our “Ready to Print” product. For templated banners, make sure to include details like photos, team names, colors, logos, or player names/numbers. Add to cart, pay in full, and we’ll email a proof within 2 business days with up to two free revisions. After your emailed approval, we print and ship the next business day. 2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal, processed securely at checkout.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel via our contact form or email any time before production begins. Once a proof is approved, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as printing starts immediately.
4. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we provide volume discounts for league-wide orders, such as multiple sponsor banners. Reach out via our contact form or email to discuss your needs.
5. How many banners can I order at once?
There’s no maximum limit! Whether it’s one senior sports banner or dozens for a league, we can handle it. Ask about volume discounts for large orders via our contact form.
6. Is there a minimum order charge?
Our templated banners are priced above any minimum, but if you supply a very small banner, it may be at the $25 minimum charge.
7. What happens if I don’t approve my proof quickly?
We email proofs within 2 business days and follow up if you don’t respond. If approval is delayed, your turnaround and shipping timeline will shift, as we ship the next business day after written approval. Check your inbox (and spam folder) to avoid delays. After several days of no response, we may cancel and refund your order.
8. Can you help design my banner if I don’t have artwork?
We don’t create custom designs, but our templates are easy to personalize with your team names, colors, photos and logos.
9. What finishing options are available?
All banners include free sewn hemmed edges and grommets (#2 size, ~3/8” diameter, placed every 2 feet). For added durability, especially in windy areas, we recommend optional wind slits, webbing, and corner reinforcement, as banners aren’t rated for high winds and may tear. If torn, without these options, they are not eligible for a reprint. These custom options incur extra charges and can be selected on each product. These extra options are also best for long time use banners.
Artwork & Design
1. Do you color match or use Pantone/Spot colors?
We don’t color match or print Pantone/Spot colors. We use 4-color CMYK process only. This may shift your rbg photos and logos just a bit, but we will have an artist and production manager check every banner to try to get the colors to look the best and as close to the artwork and photos submitted. For any customer provided “Ready to print” products, spot/Pantone colors should be converted to CMYK before uploading if
2. How can I avoid blurry or low-resolution prints?
Submit high-quality images, ideally 150 – 300 DPI, at as large size as possible. We’ll notify you via email as soon as possible if your photos or logos risk pixelation.
3. What if I don’t have high-resolution images?
Low-resolution images (below 150 DPI) may print blurry. If you don’t have high quality photo, you may have to request from photographers. We will let you know as fast as possible if there is risk of pixelation.
4. What happens if my artwork has errors?
You’re responsible for errors in uploaded files (e.g., misspellings, low resolution, wrong design). For products where we send proofs, verify spelling, colors, and layout before approving, as we don’t edit files or accept liability for errors post-approval.
5. Can I preview my banner before printing?
Yes! We send a digital proof within 2 business days. Review it carefully, as we print exactly what you approve. Request up to two free revisions via the proofing process.
6. How do I prepare my photos/logos?
For best results:
- File Types: Any as long as highest quality is sent
- Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI; 300 DPI preferred.
- Color Mode: CMYK only (no Pantone, Spot, or RGB).
- Size: Match the ordered banner size exactly.
- Flatten objects, gradients, effects, and transparencies; outline text; remove crop marks and hidden layers. We don’t edit files, so check accuracy before uploading.
7. How do I send large artwork files?
For large files (e.g., high-res photos and logos), use WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox or any other large file transfer service. Please include the link in the product comments or email us after.
8. Can you print exact dimensions?
We aim for accuracy, but exact dimensions aren’t guaranteed due to large-format printing factors like heating, drying, or material roll advancement. Banners may vary slightly.
Shipping & Delivery
1. How do I order a Game Day Banner?
We ship via FedEx. Shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your shipping locations proximity to Dallas or Philadelphia. We offer flat rate overnight shipping. If you have questions on shipping time, please contact us.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Turnaround begins at order placement, with a cutoff at 4:00 PM CST (2:00 PM PST, 3:00 PM MST, 5:00 PM EST). We email a proof within 2 business days. If approved by 4:00 PM CST, we ship the next business day. Free standard shipping takes 1-5 business days via FedEx, depending on location. We’re not liable for carrier delays (e.g., weather, scanning issues). Times apply to Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
3. Can I cancel my order?
We offer free standard shipping to the continental U.S. Overnight shipping is available for a flat $30 rate, subject to availability. Select at checkout.
4. Is there a minimum order charge?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number from our order shipped email. Use the tracking on FedEx’s website to monitor your delivery. Contact us if you don’t receive it.
5. What happens if I don’t approve my proof quickly?
We currently ship only to the continental U.S. Free standard shipping applies. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, please note that we do not offer shipping at this time.
6. Can you help design my banner if I don’t have artwork?
Report damage within 5 business days of delivery via our contact form. We will create a ticket in which you can send us photos. If it’s our error or damaged product, we’ll replace it at no cost.
